Sign Your Contract

You'll receive an email link to sign your SpaySecure contract. After signing, you'll get a PDF copy (contact us if you don't receive it).

Find a Veterinarian

Use our vet finder tool to locate qualified veterinarians in your area, or prepare your current vet for SpaySecure requirements.

Get your Vet Attestation Form and learn what documentation you'll need from your veterinarian during the procedure.

Book your appointment, bring your forms, and have your vet complete the attestation during the procedure.

Key Things to Remember

  • You'll receive an email link to sign your SpaySecure contract
  • A PDF copy will be sent after signing (contact us if you don't receive it)
  • Your spay/neuter deadline is specified in your contract
  • You must bring a Vet Attestation Form to your appointment
  • Your vet will complete the form during the procedure
  • You'll need an itemized invoice from your veterinarian
  • Submit your documentation within one week of the procedure
  • Contact us early if you anticipate any issues

Your Contract Terms

You signed a legally binding spay/neuter contract when you purchased your pet. Your contract includes specific terms and deadlines.

If you fail to comply AND refuse to work with us:

  • Financial penalties and fees as outlined in your contract
  • Legal action to recover the full breeding value of your pet
  • Court costs and legal fees will be added to any judgment
  • Mandatory spay/neuter will still be required regardless of other penalties
